Transformation of Parks and Squares in Khabarovsk Region Underway through National Project
In Khabarovsk, exciting changes are underway as the city prepares to enhance its public squares. Here's a roundup of the latest developments:
Workers are currently busy transforming Krasnoretchensky Lane, with the installation of outdoor lighting, surveillance systems, cobblestones, swings, benches, and trash cans. The square on Krasnoretchensky Lane is expected to be commissioned by November 1, with its readiness already exceeding 70%. All equipment for the square is produced locally in Khabarovsk.
Simultaneously, progress is being made on Rudneva Street, where the contractor has promised to open the square for local residents this year. Currently, the object's readiness stands at 62%.
The Khabarovsk region is set to receive funds for the construction of the "Amur" technopark, as well as over 350 million rubles this year for the improvement of public squares, as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". These funds will be used to renovate 79 territories, including embankments, squares, parks, gardens, and other recreational areas.
Notably, Maxim Ivanov, a person associated with the construction of the "Amur" Technopark, has announced a competition of the best projects for the creation of a comfortable urban environment for the regions of the Far East. As part of this initiative, the square on Krasnoretchensky Lane is being equipped with safe play areas for children and special outdoor exercise equipment for older individuals.
Elsewhere in the Khabarovsk region, a multifunctional sports facility is being built in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Meanwhile, as of today, 52 objects have been fully renovated, including a recreation zone in the "Sudostroitel" Culture and Recreation Park in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The project cost 17.7 million rubles and included the installation of cobblestone and rubber paving, lighting, children's game equipment, park benches, and comfortable benches.
Work is currently underway on Krasnoretchensky Lane, near house No. 22, and on Rudneva Street, 52 in Khabarovsk. The remaining 27 squares in the Khabarovsk region are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
As these developments unfold, the city of Khabarovsk and the Khabarovsk region continue to invest in creating comfortable and enjoyable public squares for its residents and visitors alike.
