New Leadership at Sinn-Modehaus in Hagen

Wilhelm Schnieders, a "Sinn homegrown" and an old merchant family member, has taken the helm as the new boss at the Sinn-Modehaus in Hagen. Despite initial plans for relocation, the Sinn administration remains in Bathey, with Schnieders at the forefront of the business.

Schnieders began his career at Sinn-Leffers and now oversees the Sinn-Haus in Lüdenscheid, the Sinn outlet in Elberfelder Straße 9, and the stores in Unna and Recklinghausen. His primary focus is on increasing the dwell time of visitors in the city centers of Hagen and Lüdenscheid, aiming to boost consumption in all areas.

The Sinn-Haus in Hagen has recently reopened after a closure following a flood. The lingerie department, a key pillar at every Sinn location, offers high-quality brands like Triumph, Passionata, Mey, and Hanro. Sinn operates only one outlet, which is in Hagen. However, the lease for the outlet is about to expire.

Schnieders prefers to be the "jack of all trades" rather than the "rooster in the henhouse," and his team in the main store consists of 39 women and four men, including himself. The center management of the Volme-Galerie is planning to rent out two external areas previously occupied by Sinn to third parties.

It's worth noting that Hagen has a low purchasing power among its citizens, a challenge Schnieders is aware of. He aims to address this issue by encouraging longer visits to the city center, thereby boosting consumption. Despite limited information available online, Schnieders' plans and challenges in the Sauerland line remain a topic of interest for local news sources and Sinn-Modehaus enthusiasts.

In a bid to be more accessible to customers, Schnieders emphasizes the importance of showing his face and being known to them. This approach is likely to further strengthen the connection between the Sinn-Modehaus and the community in Hagen.
