Rostocker Hof Booms with New Eateries and Mediterranean Fashion Pop-Up
Rostocker Hof shopping center in Rostock has seen a boost in popularity this year, with new gastronomic offerings and a temporary Mediterranean fashion 'apple' store. Center manager Heiner Ganz oversees these changes, as reported in September 2025.
The Rostocker Hof has welcomed several new eateries, including a doner kebab shop, Ciao Bella restaurant, Ruff's Burger branch, and a Vietnamese fast-food restaurant. This expansion has led to an increase in both turnover and visitor numbers.
Currently, an empty retail space is being used temporarily as a pop-up store offering Mediterranean fashion 'news'. This store, 'Ibiza Fashion', is owned by Claudia Reichert and Carolin Verchow, who are also behind 'Ibiza Fashion & More' in the Bahnhofsviertel. Reichert, known to many Rostock residents, runs the pop-up store daily from 10 am to 7 pm until October 25.
In addition to the new fashion offerings, the center is preparing for the Christmas season with a planned Subway location. The pop-up store will also be open on Sunday, October 5, from 12 pm to 5 pm.
Rostocker Hof continues to diversify its offerings, with new food outlets and temporary fashion stores. The upcoming Subway location and the ongoing 'Ibiza Fashion' pop-up store promise to keep visitors engaged and excited until the Christmas season.
