Open-Air Concert Series Kicks Off in Hofgarten, Düsseldorf, this Sunday
The summer of 2025 promises a delightful musical extravaganza in Düsseldorf, Germany, as the Hofgarten hosts its annual free concert series. The event, supported by the City of Düsseldorf and running since 1978, will take place on nine Sundays from June 29 to August 24, with all concerts starting at 11 am.

- August 17, 2025: Bigband INTAKT will perform, blending swing, Latin, jazz rock, rock, and pop titles in classical and modern arrangements.
- August 24, 2025: The series will conclude with the Essex Youth Brass Orchestra from South England, featuring 50 young musicians who will present a colorful program ranging from film music highlights to works by Sibelius and Sparke.
The concerts are weather-independent and can take place even in the rain due to the pavilion. Admission is free, and visitors are encouraged to bring their own drinks, picnics, and seating for a comfortable experience.
