You should have a background in journalism and experience working in media/editorial teams, although this is considered a big plus rather than a strict requirement.

Role
- Lead and oversee TripleTen’s content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, student enrollment, and engagement across digital platforms.
- Develop creative, high-converting advertising videos and content tailored for social media and other web channels to promote bootcamp programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, career teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive and compelling messages that reflect TripleTen’s value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and enrollment cycles.
- Produce and direct video content and multimedia storytelling assets.
- Optimize content for lead generation and conversion, employing data-driven insights and best SEO/SEM practices.
- Guide a content marketing team including writers, designers, and video producers; potentially oversee freelance contributors.
- Measure and report performance metrics to continually improve content effectiveness.
- Maintain brand voice consistency and compliance with marketing standards, while innovating formats and channels to expand reach.
- Support PR, social media, email marketing, and website content strategy to form an integrated marketing approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing leadership roles, preferably in edtech or online education sectors.
- Strong expertise in digital content creation, including video production, SEO, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with tech bootcamp audiences and digital education marketplaces.
- Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Data-fluency for analyzing content impact and iterating strategies accordingly.
