At its core, dining at Junsei revolves around Japanese-style grilled skewers, offering over 20 chicken skewers cooked over Binchōtan charcoal. As the night progresses, Junsei transforms into a Hi-Fi listening bar on Thursday and Friday nights. The late-night menu expands the dining options, offering izakaya-style comfort food designed for extended drinking and listening sessions.
The late-night menu includes favourites like chicken nanban with tartare mayo and soboro don with minced chicken, egg yolk, and shichimi. For dessert, there's seasonal granita with fruit and citrus, milk purin with kokuto sugar, and grilled fruit with brown sugar ice cream.
