New Mobility Center Opens in Lincoln Settlement

A new mobility center, HEAGmobilo, has recently opened its doors in the Lincoln Settlement district of Darmstadt. The exact location within the district is not specified, but the choice to establish the center in this car-free area was deliberate, as both the Lincoln Settlement and the nearby Ludwigshöhe district heavily rely on public transport.

The center's operations are restricted to three days a week, with opening hours on Tuesdays from 13:00 to 18:00, Thursdays from 13:00 to 18:00, and Wednesdays from 08:00 to 13:00. The mobility center manages parking spaces for residents of the Lincoln Settlement and provides a convenient place for customers to buy tickets, time cards, and credit for the HeinerLiner.

However, it's important to note that the center does not offer any online services or options for ticket purchases or parking space allocation. Furthermore, it does not provide information on the RMV mobility center at the main station or the customer center at Luisenplatz.

HEAG CEO Arne Rath stated that the new center offers advice close to home and aims to relieve the other two locations. The center at Franklinstraße 40 is one of three points of contact for HEAGmobilo customers.

With a combined population of around 8,000 people, the Lincoln Settlement and Ludwigshöhe districts are particularly dependent on public transport and its mobility offerings. For the most accurate and up-to-date information about this mobility center, we recommend checking the official websites or social media pages of the Lincoln Settlement, local government, or transportation authorities. Local news sources or press releases about recent openings or infrastructure updates may also provide valuable insights. If a phone number or email is available, contacting the center directly can also be helpful.

  1. The Lincoln Settlement and Ludwigshöhe districts, both heavily relying on public transport, now have an additional resource for transportation-related needs, as home-and-garden goods store HEAGmobilo has expanded its services to offer advice on lifestyle topics, including public-transit options.
  2. In an effort to cater to the unique needs of residents, HEAGmobilo's new mobility center in the car-free Lincoln Settlement district provides finance services, such as ticket, time card, and credit purchases for the HeinerLiner, making public transportation more accessible for locals.
  3. While the new mobility center in the Lincoln Settlement district focuses on providing home-and-garden goods, a visit to their location at Franklinstraße 40 may also offer insights into other industry trends, as it aims to relieve the pressure on the larger transportation-related customer centers in the city.
