Madison Reed Enhances Loyalty Program with Limitless Membership
Madison Reed, the popular hair colour brand, has announced an upgrade to its membership program, offering a range of tiers with exclusive loyalty perks for both at-home and salon clients.
The new Limitless Membership program, which costs $40 for the Limitless Pro tier (offering one root service every six weeks), aims to provide value to customers by saving them time, money, and offering better ingredients, all while maintaining full disclosure and the flexibility to go anywhere.
Founder and CEO Amy Errett believes that the brand has a unique value proposition, and the expansion of memberships and addition of loyalty perks comes directly from customer feedback.
The program consists of four tiers: Limitless Premier, Limitless Plus, Limitless Pro, and Limitless Pro+.
The free Limitless Premier tier provides 15% off color kits, rewards on purchases, welcome and birthday gifts for both at-home and in-salon customers.
The Limitless Plus tier, priced at $42 per year, includes all Premier benefits plus free shipping and one free root touch-up service.
Designed for in-salon clients, the Limitless Pro tier offers regular root touch-up services as a loyalty reward. The top-tier Limitless Pro+, priced at $65, offers unlimited root services.
Madison Reed, which recently raised $33 million in new financing in May, currently has over 85 Hair Color Bars and plans to keep growing, with a goal of reaching 95 opened Hair Color Bars by the end of 2023. The brand has already started signing leases for Hair Color Bars in 2024.
The Hair Color Bars, which provide high-quality colour and service at a better price for busy consumers, also offer clients the information needed to still do it themselves. Two monthly memberships are available for Hair Color Bar clients: Limitless Pro and Limitless Pro+.
Key perks across these tiers include discounts on products and services, rewards for purchases, free shipping (starting from the Plus tier), and early access to new products.
With the Limitless Membership program, customers can enjoy a variety of benefits, including rewards, discounts, free root touch-ups, and the flexibility to use at any Hair Color Bar location.
