Hotel expansion: GuestHouse unveils lodging plans for Bath, York, and Brighton cities
New Family-Run Brand, GuestHouse, Launches with Three City Hotels
This month, a new family-run hotel brand, GuestHouse, is set to make its debut in the UK. The brand, created by brothers James, Tristan, and Tom, will open three hotels in Bath, York, and Brighton.
The Brighton hotel, opening in 2022, is situated on the seafront in a neoclassical, Georgian-style building, parts of which are Grade II listed. The hotel offers vibrant artworks and interiors that capture the city's sunny disposition and good-times energy.
The hotel features a relaxed, sociable restaurant with a view-toting terrace, maintaining the GuestHouse brand's fondness for food. The hotel's location allows guests to explore the beautiful, historic city of Brighton - the GuestHouse way.
Each GuestHouse hotel offers a curated selection of signature experiences tailored to specialist interests. In Brighton, guests can expect food, history, and nature-focused activities. The hotel's central location puts popular attractions such as the beach, boutiques, bars, and restaurants within easy reach.
Friendly staff, stylish bedrooms, and cosy communal areas are provided for guests' comfort. The renovated hotel will also feature a revamped spa, two decadent suites, and a restaurant showcasing 'Wild British' cuisine.
GuestHouse's hotels will reflect their respective city's character while maintaining a unified personality. This is defined by five pillars: wonderment, indulgence, happiness, realness, hereness, and generosity. The brand aims to bring color, creativity, and a modern outlook to UK cities.
No.15 Great Pulteney by GuestHouse, located in Bath, is the brand's debut project. This historic building will preserve its original charm with added GuestHouse touches. The hotel will offer a curated selection of signature experiences, reflecting Bath's rich history and culture.
Another GuestHouse hotel, 1 Clifton, York, is expected to open in autumn 2021. More details about the York hotel are yet to be revealed, but guests can expect the same level of quality and personalised service as the Brighton and Bath properties.
The brand's philosophy is to create unique, memorable experiences for its guests. By focusing on local culture, history, and cuisine, GuestHouse hotels aim to provide a truly authentic UK experience. Whether you're a history buff, a foodie, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, GuestHouse has something for everyone.
