During an inspection tour of the Messila Beach (Blaj 2) project, the governor emphasized the need for creating recreational spaces that improve life quality and position Kuwait as a competitive player in the regional tourism scene.

He classified the Messila Beach project as a modern and innovative recreational destination, offering a distinctive entertainment experience that features comfort, diversity, and wide appeal. In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the governor expressed that this project aligns with Kuwait's strategy to provide meaningful recreational outlets contributing to community welfare and economic vitality.

The governor also highlighted the significant role of private sector cooperation in enhancing tourism infrastructure and improving service standards across the country. Accompanying the governor on the tour was Abdullah Al-Jaafar, CEO of the Tourism Enterprises Company, who updated on the project's current status and future impact.
