Zora Klipp, a well-known TV chef from Hamburg, is set to expand her culinary empire with the opening of a new "Weidenkantine" restaurant in the neighbourhood of Ottensen. The new eatery, located at Spritzenplatz 5, will be a twin of the popular restaurant in the Weidenallee (Eimsbüttel), and is set to open its doors on September 5th.
The "Weidenkantine" was initially founded by Zora Klipp and her siblings during the pandemic in October 2020. This family project has now grown, with the second location promising to offer a delightful dining experience for patrons.
Klipp, known for her appearances on shows like "DAS! schmeckt" (NDR) and "Die Küchenschlacht" (ZDF), is currently on parental leave following the birth of her child. The lunch menu will be available from Monday to Friday, 12 to 3 pm. In addition to these offerings, the restaurant will provide breakfast and coffee throughout the day.
The "Weidenkantine" in Ottensen will join Klipp's other restaurant venture, the "Blattgold" in the Schanzenviertel, where she serves as the owner. With this new restaurant, Klipp continues to make her mark on the Hamburg dining scene.
