Explore German Forests: No Registration Needed for Sept 20-21 Tours
The annual German Forest Days are back, inviting everyone to explore and learn about our forests. This year, the event takes place on the third weekend of September, with guided tours happening throughout Germany. No registration is required, making it easy for anyone to participate.
On September 20th, the Fasanerie Aschaffenburg will host guided tours as part of the German Forest Days. Experienced foresters and external experts will lead the tours, which run from 10 am to 4 pm, with each session lasting an hour.
Tours will delve into various topics, such as 'Forest and Recreation', 'Forest and Nature Conservation', and 'Forest and Climate'. After each tour, participants are encouraged to engage in discussions over coffee, tea, or cold drinks, fostering a dialogue about the importance of forests as an ecosystem.
Dr. Klaus Müller, an external expert, will lead the 'Forest and Climate' tour at 2 PM on September 20th.
The German Forest Days offer a unique opportunity to learn about our forests and engage in meaningful discussions. With no registration required, everyone is welcome to join the tours and gain a deeper understanding of the vital role forests play in our environment.
