Get ready for some exciting action by the riverside this Saturday, the 10th of June, from 10 am to 4 pm! headquarters. Don't miss out on the "Blaulichtmeile" at Robert-Lehr-Ufer, right next to Rheinterrassen, where over 20 vehicles and boats will be on display.

This extravaganza will bring together a diverse array of emergency services, local authorities, and aid organizations, along with the German Armed Forces, police, and other organizations showcasing their vehicles, equipment, and expertise.

To commemorate its 175th anniversary, the navy will be gracing us with the sight of its multipurpose landing boat "Lachs." Join us as we glance into the world of naval mine divers accompanied by their high-tech equipment, such as a robot, on demo for the day.

The Düsseldorf Fire Department will astound you with their fireboat and rescue boat, flanking the "Lachs." These beauties will pass the "Blaulichtmeile" multiple times throughout the day, adding a touch of excitement to the event. The fireboat, a classic from the early '60s, takes care of the Rhine's 46 kilometers.

Also, don't forget to stop by the German Lifeboat Association (DLRG) and the German Red Cross (DRK), who will be showcasing their rescue boats as well.

L anchored on land, the voluntary fire department's technical and communications unit will introduce a network replacement system (NEA) used in various deployment scenarios. Get a firsthand look at how the fire department works in collaboration with the DRK Düsseldorf to provide power for field kitchens during emergencies.
