Expansion of the Offenbach Carnival Association Membership Roster
Get ready for an exciting carnival season in Offenbach! The festivities begin on February 15, 2025, with the traditional town hall storm at 1:11 PM.
The day starts with a visit to the weekly market at 10:00 AM, followed by an autograph session at the KOMM Center from 11:00 AM. Afterwards, a stage program on the town square will entertain all carnival enthusiasts, free of charge.
The Offenbach Carnival Club (OKV) has much to celebrate this year. Chairman Andreas Hümmer and Senate President Ursula Ölcer have expressed their gratitude to all sponsors for their commitment, which ensures the diversity and vitality of the Offenbach carnival tradition.
The OKV campaign is expected to be a successful event with active support from numerous volunteers and supporters. Notable additions to the honorary council this year include Kim-Sarah Speer, a member of the state parliament, Silke Seeger, granddaughter of Alfred Seeger who shaped the Offenbach carnival, Gertrud Marx, chairwoman of the Tempelsee settlers' community and honorary city councilor, Anja Kofahl, chairwoman of the Offenbach cultural committee and an enthusiastic visitor of carnival events, Lukas Kreher, former Lederbaron from Obertshausen, and new members Susan Stoll, Peter Bronzel, and Wolfgang Pitz.
