Display of Community Artists from RE: Generation at Park University's Art Exhibition
In February 2025, Park University's Campanella Gallery will host the RE: Generation exhibit, showcasing a diverse collection of artwork from a group of Kansas City-area artists. A reception for the artists will be held on April 4, 2025, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Gallery. Admission to the Campanella Gallery is free and open to the public.
The Campanella Gallery is located inside Norrington Center on Park's flagship Parkville Campus. The Gallery's regular business hours are: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Sunday, 4 to 9 p.m.
The themes in the artists' work include family, environment, and culture, which are influenced by the current juncture in their lives and the unparalleled moment in the nation's and planet's story. RE: Generation is a loose-knit group of women artists who share common history and generational and gender experiences.
