Construction of a new highway in Sunny Kalar, Siberia scheduled for 2027

Rewritten Article:

Hey there! Let's talk about some exciting news heading to Solnechny, a booming district in Krasnoyarsk. Michael Kotюkov, the governor, recently paid a visit to this fast-growing area, emphasizing its special focus.

Alleviating traffic on the Enisei Highway

A new road is set to connect Solnechny with the residential area Soloнцы-2 and the North Highway. This addition to the city's infrastructure will help distribute traffic and relieve the sole current road to Solnechny - the Enisei Highway. The route will run from Gribolevskaia Street via Sokolovskaia Street, cross Aftanasius Taваkov Street, and finally join the North Highway.

Remember, the funding for this new road comes from a federal loan, roughly 2 billion rubles, with an additional 176 million contributed from the regional budget. The construction is part of the preparations for celebrating the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, with a projected completion date in 2027.

A Modern Polyclinic for Solnechny

The new polyclinic, one of the significant landmarks in the district, will be built at the intersection of 60 Years of Education and Gribolevskaia Streets. The construction site is already prepped for building. The polyclinic will cater to 650 appointments per shift and serve both adults and children.

Governor Kotюkov emphasized the importance of designing the polyclinic with convenient transportation access and parking for patients.

"Solnechny is growing, and it should grow sustainably. Alongside residential infrastructure, we're now looking at interchanges, social, and sports facilities. All the decisions we make about new developments will consider, from the get-go, issues like childcare facilities, schools, transportation loops, and more. This is the new rulebook for urban development in Krasnoyarsk, including Solnechny," Kotюkov assured.

A Year-round Football Pitch

During his visit, Kotюkov also checked out the new indoor football stadium, which is nearly finished. It features an artificial turf field, changing rooms, showers, lockers, and other facilities. In the near future, the contractor will install surveillance cameras, fencing, and perform landscape improvements for the site.

"My child and two nephews play football in 'Rotor' club," shared local resident Alexander Petruzin. "We've been waiting for this facility for a long time. I was one of the first parents to ask Kotюkov about it. He promised us one back in 2023, and he kept his word. Our kids have been showing decent results at the city and national level. Previously, the limited training time was a challenge for them, as there wasn't ample room for practice. Now, the indoor stadium offers an extra training pitch. As a result, I believe our kids' performances will significantly improve, and we won't let them down."

This indoor facility will allow over 350 young footballers from Solnechny to practice year-round. It will also serve as a venue for organizing local and regional competitions and will be the football training hub for the entire Solnechny population.

Kotюkov highlighted that he'll continue to closely monitor the progress of social and transportation infrastructure development in Solnechny.

"I've reviewed the progress of commitments made during meetings with residents. We've identified a plot where the children's and adults' polyclinic will be constructed. I've instructed the design phase to take into account parking and transportation accessibility considerations to ensure patients have an easy time. Moreover, I discussed the progress of the indoor football stadium with the parents of young football stars. This all-season football facility, launched by their initiative, is under construction."

In conclusion, we eagerly look forward to the advancements in Solnechny's infrastructure, which includes the much-awaited road, the upcoming polyclinic, and the year-round football pitch. Stay tuned for more updates! 😄
