Arnsberg's 'Schaferweg' Playground to Get Community-Driven Redesign
The math playground 'Schaferweg' on the Flammberg in Huesten is set for a redesign, with citizens invited to participate in the process. The city of Arnsberg's Department of Parks|Forestry|Cemeteries and the Family Office are leading the project, aiming to gather ideas from the community.
The first meeting will take place at the math playground itself on September 24th at 4 pm. All are welcome, including children, parents, grandparents, and anyone interested in shaping the future of the play area. The participation project will proceed regardless of the weather.
At this initial gathering, wishes from children and initial ideas will be collected. These contributions will then be implemented by the Department of Parks|Forestry|Cemeteries. A concrete plan for the redesign will be presented at a second on-site meeting, following the successful conclusion of the participation project.
The redesign of the 'Schaferweg' math playground is an opportunity for the community to come together and create a play area that reflects their needs and desires. With the city's support, the participation project ensures that the voices of local residents, especially children, are heard and acted upon.
