Olga Vladimirovna Solomina, a dedicated railway worker, currently holds the position of duty officer at the Aldan station. Her journey in the rail industry began in the spring of 2004, when she started her career at the Aldan depot of the Joint Stock Company "Yakutia Railways."
Prior to this, Olga had completed her training in Tynda for the position of a controller of technical work in May 2004. She landed her first job through a friend's recommendation in April 2004, and her initial duties were at the locomotive depot of JSC "AK "YDZ".
Olga's interest in the railway dates back to her childhood, and over time, she felt comfortable and professional in her role as a duty officer at the station. Her work responsibilities include managing the movement of thousands of tons of cargo and passengers, from receiving and sending trains to checking wagons for technical and commercial inspection.
In her first days at the Aldan station, Olga experienced excitement and slight fear, but she quickly settled into her role. Her hard work and dedication paid off, as she was promoted to the duty officer of the park in 2009. A few months after this promotion, she was appointed duty officer of the station.
Olga compares her work to a real-life computer game, with each day bringing new tasks and victories. She has gained many friends thanks to her profession, and her family members are all railway workers.
In addition to her duties at the Aldan station, Olga Vladimirovna Solomina is also the General Director of JSC "AK Yuzhno-Donetskaya Zavod" (JSC "AK "YDZ"). She has a strong professional background in engineering and management, having held various leadership positions within the company before becoming its General Director. Her expertise encompasses industrial production, organizational management, and strategic development, guiding the company in its manufacturing and business operations.
