Riviera Unveils New Yachts at Major International Events

Riviera, the renowned Australian yacht builder, is set to make a splash at two significant international boat shows with the debut of three new additions to its fleet. The 4300 Sports Express, 4600 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition, and 395 SUV will all be showcased at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

The Riviera 4300 Sports Express yacht, which made its initial appearance at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May, is set to make its international premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September. This sleek vessel, inspired by the Mediterranean but designed and built in Australia, offers a spacious saloon deck at its heart, integrating the helm, dining area, food preparation/wet bar, and providing 360-degree views in one open space. The yacht comfortably accommodates five adults overnight, with a private master stateroom, aft cabin, a lavish bathroom, main galley, and TV lounge, ensuring comfort and livability for extended trips.

Key specifications for the 4300 Sports Express include twin diesel Volvo Penta IPS 600 engines each producing 324 kW (440 hp) or IPS 650s rated at 353 kW (480 hp). The cockpit area spans approximately 13.90 m² (149.6 ft²), and the bridge clearance measures 4.67 m (15'4"). The yacht boasts cruising speeds in the low to high 20-knot range depending on conditions, with a top speed around 34 knots.

Notable features of the 4300 Sports Express include a smart layout and design considerations for easy solo management and guest convenience, such as multiple access points and storage for fenders and lines. The modern IPS propulsion technology enables precision handling, with the ability to hold position with the push of a button.

The 4300 Sports Express is expected to be popular with European yachters due to its sophisticated, somewhat traditional "sedan-style" design combined with modern technology and comfort. It offers a more voluminous and comfortable experience than typical sporty dayboats, making it well-suited for both entertaining and longer cruising.

In addition to the 4300 Sports Express, the 4600 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition and the 395 SUV will also make their debuts at the Cannes Yachting Festival. These models are additional offerings from Riviera, adding to the sophistication and variety of the Riviera fleet.

Following the Cannes Yachting Festival, 13 luxury motor yachts from the Riviera fleet will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in late October. This will mark the largest ever international display of Riviera yachts, underscoring the brand's commitment to showcasing its offerings on the global stage.

Riviera exports around 65 percent of its annual production each year, with Europe being an established market since 1985. The company's participation in these prestigious boat shows highlights its dedication to catering to the preferences and boating environments of its international clientele.

The Riviera 4300 Sports Express, with its layout designed for easy solo management and guest convenience, will integrate outdoor-living elements into the home-and-garden-like interior, offering a spacious and comfortable lifestyle for its occupants during extended trips. After its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, the luxurious 4300 Sports Express will also be showcased at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, expanding the outdoor-living experiences of yacht enthusiasts across the globe.
